UI/UX RE-DESIGN & SEO STRATEGY
PROBLEM TO SOLVE: The client’s website was experiencing extremely poor conversion rates on a consumer level, the company was doing well in the commercial and wholesale space due to a strong wholesale sales team but was struggling to convert in the online business to consumer space.
Bounce rates were consistently high when sending customers to their site via Ad’s, Refferials & SEO.

Before the UI/UX and site structure redesign, the website looked dark, out-dated, and uninviting. The call to actions were scarce and not evident. Moreover, the color choices lacked a branding standard and gave no direction or usability flow. At this point, the traffic of the website was decreasing month after month along with the click-through and conversion rate.

After
A previously dim lighting company website was illuminated with a new look and feel complete with enhanced colors and imagery. I simplified the top fold, eliminating the previous ambiguity of what the site has to offer. The new color scheme stimulated site exploration to the CTA’s which is evident by the stark increase in the internal click throughout rate of the site.
